www.amdigital.co.uk is a site operated by Adam Matthew Digital Ltd which is part of the SAGE Group ("we" or “us”). Adam Matthew Digital Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 5960030 and has its registered office at 1 Oliver's Yard, 55 City Road, London, EC1Y 1SP.

This document tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.amdigital.co.uk (“our Site”).

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the Site. By using our Site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our Site.


1. Access to our site

4. Use of our site

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. Our Site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our Site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

These terms of use are governed by law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to or purchase from our Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page or by publishing notices elsewhere on our Site.
